Jean Serge Quesnel is an
associate professor at the Ecole nationale
d'administration publique of the Université du
Québec and adjunct professor at the
School of Public Policy and Administration of
Carleton University. He is also senior
facilitator at the United Nations Systems Staff
College.
Mr. Quesnel is a senior advisor
to the Board of the International Organization for
Cooperation in Evaluation. IOCE is formed by
the national, regional, and international evaluation
associations and networks. He is the first
official member of the International Development
Evaluation Association (IDEAS). He is the founding
coordinator of the Réseau francophone d'évaluation.
Mr. Quesnel was the director of
the Evaluation Offices of the Canadian International
Development Agency, the Inter-American Development
Bank and the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF). |
